What customers ask before booking.
Will any smart lock fit my door?
No. Door thickness, backset, bore size, handing and existing hardware must match the selected lock. Share the model and basic door details before booking.
Can you install a lock I already bought?
Yes, subject to compatibility and complete hardware. We review the model and door before confirming the scope.
Do all smart locks support remote unlocking?
No. Some are keypad-only or Bluetooth models; others need Wi-Fi, a bridge or a compatible hub. Available features and fees depend on the manufacturer and model.
What if the bolt sticks?
The bolt must move freely when the door is closed. We assess strike alignment and agreed minor preparation; substantial door or frame repairs are scoped separately.
Do you keep my access codes?
You control the owner account and final codes. During handoff, change temporary installation codes and review guest access and backup entry.
